• Vinyl records condition and grading

We sell new and second hand vinyl records. In the description of second hand vinyl you will find the mention " ♼ Second hand vinyl " and the grading of the media and the sleeve. In notes you can also find some other informations on the vinyl (color, release year, special edition, signed..). Note that the number can vary from picture for the numbered products. If you need more informations on a product, don't hesitate to contact us !

 

• Shipping 

Shipping times may vary depending on where the ordered products are located, in the shipping location, or in the distant warehouse. You will find in the description of each product the estimated shipping delay depending on this: 

✅ in stock - usually shipped between 1 and 2 working days

✅🕒 in distant stock - usually shipped between X and X working days

🕒 PRE-ORDER - Estimated release date: MM/YYYY

These informations are an estimation of usual shipping times and release dates. You will receive an information by e-mail if there is any delay on an order or a release date.

If an order contains items with different delivery times, the order will be shipped when all items are available.
If you wish to receive the items separately, you must place separate orders.

In rare cases, some items may no longer be available for various reasons. This shouldn't happen; we understand that this situation is unfortunate for everyone, but if it does happen, a full refund of the order will be issued immediately. Refund receipt times may vary depending on the banking institution.
